Carioca Quick Step Tutorial

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  2. Cross your right foot over your left foot, then step your left foot out to the left.
  3. Bring your right foot back to the starting position.
  4. Cross your left foot over your right foot, then step your right foot out to the right.
  5. Repeat this side-to-side movement in a continuous and fluid motion.
  6. Focus on maintaining a low stance and quick footwork throughout the exercise.
