  2. Keep your toes pointed up towards the ceiling.
  3. Slowly lean forward from your hips while keeping your back straight.
  4. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat for 2-3 sets.
