Tutorial

  1. Adjust the seat and backrest of the lying leg press machine according to your comfort.
  2. Lie down on your back on the machine with your feet placed shoulder-width apart on the platform in front of you.
  3. Grip the handles on the sides of the machine for stability.
  4. Slowly bend your knees and lower the platform towards your body while inhaling.
  5. Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement.
  6. Push through your heels and extend your legs to lift the platform back to the starting position while exhaling.
