What is Quick Leap? Quick leap is a dynamic plyometric exercise that involves explosive jumping movements to improve lower body strength, power, and agility.

Quick Leap Tutorial

  1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides.
  2. Lower your body into a partial squat position.
  3. Explosively jump upwards as high as you can.
  4. While in the air, bring your knees towards your chest.
  5. Land softly back in the starting position and immediately repeat the movement.

Common Mistakes

  • Allowing knees to cave inwards during the jump.

  • Not fully engaging the core muscles. - Landing with stiff legs, increasing the risk of injury.

  • Using improper form to gain height instead of focusing on the explosive power.

Tips for Better Results

  • Focus on exploding upwards with maximum force.

  • Engage your core throughout the movement to stabilize your body. - Land softly on the balls of your feet to reduce impact on the joints.

  • Start with small jumps and gradually increase the height and intensity as you improve.
